Lecturer I
Appointed as Lecturer I for business and management subjects in the School of Diploma & Professional Studies, Taylor’s College.
Among the modules I lead and teach:
International Business, Microeceonomics, Consumer Behaviour
– Plan, design, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessments for business-related modules, ensuring alignment with the programme curriculum and module outcomes.
– Develop authentic, real-world learning activities that bridge theory and industry relevance (e.g. student competitions, case-based projects).
– Create a supportive and engaging learning environment focused on student success, motivation, and active participation.
– Provide academic consultations and continuous formative feedback to guide students toward independent learning and improved performance.
– Incorporate learning technologies via myTIMeS LMS to enhance digital engagement and flexible learning experiences.
– Conduct and grade formative and summative assessments, invigilate exams, and ensure academic integrity throughout.
– Participate in curriculum review, module enhancement, and collaborative planning with Head of School, Programme Directors and academic teams.
– Lead or contribute to co-curricular initiatives including community engagement, academic events, and student-led projects.
– Engage in continuous professional development and scholarly activities to inform and improve teaching practice.

Programme Coordinator
Appointed as Programme Coordinator for Diploma in Business at the School of Diploma & Professional Studies, Taylor’s College.
– Assist the Programme Director in the management and coordination of academic programmes in alignment with the College’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
– Oversee planning and administration of academic timetables, ensuring timely communication with both students and lecturers.
– Coordinate and ensure accurate documentation of teaching and learning materials, including scheme of work, assessments, and subject outlines.
– Monitor academic operations including student attendance, performance, disciplinary issues, and university placement support.
– Support quality assurance processes, including audits, accreditation exercises (e.g. MQA, MOHE), and compliance with academic standards and regulatory bodies.
– Collect and consolidate feedback from academic staff on teaching and learning matters, advising the Programme Director on relevant updates and improvements.
– Provide academic counselling to students and act as a liaison between academic and administrative teams to enhance the overall student experience.
– Conduct classroom observations and support academic staff development by providing constructive feedback on teaching performance.
– Facilitate smooth execution of examinations and assessments across the programme, ensuring academic integrity and operational efficiency.
– Undertake teaching responsibilities and contribute to programme delivery when required.
– Collaborate with faculty and management teams to improve operational efficiency, curriculum delivery, and student success initiatives.
