Global Education Awards 2025 (Global Education Conclave)
Malaysian educator Galvin Lee Kuan Sian has been honoured with two major individual titles – “Lecturer of the Year” and “Innovative Educator of the Year” at the Global Education Awards 2025, held in conjunction with the Global Excellence Conclave (GEC) 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand on 6 December 2025. The regional awards recognise outstanding educators and innovators from 14 countries across Asia for their contribution to modern, impactful teaching and learning. According to the organisers, the awards honour educators who demonstrate “exceptional innovation, measurable learning impact, and forward-looking use of technology to prepare learners for future industries.”

The award highlights his efforts through the Galvin Lee Innovation Lab, where he develops projects such as Global Voices: AI Persona Lab, Cafe Conquest: Beach Breeze, The ShopQuest Mall, Kuaxai, and IntelLect AI Suite for Lecturers to make business education more engaging, applied, and future-ready. As a lecturer, programme coordinator, PhD candidate, and education innovator, Galvin continues to advance learning experiences that help students think critically, apply concepts meaningfully, and prepare for a rapidly changing digital economy.
